ORDERS & DELIVERIES

  1. When can I expected my delivery?

Our warehouse is based in France and our dispatched team will prepare your order within 48h. If your order includes some personalisation/embroidery, please allow 3 weeks delay for the order to be ready. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order should be received within 2 working days from dispatch.

  1. My order is late

You have not received your order yet? Please contact us at info@bragard.co.uk and quote your order number. We will get back to you within 72h with status of your order.

  1. I want to track my order

Please contact us at info@bragard.co.uk once your order is dispatched, and we will give an update on the expected delivery date with your tracking number.

  1. I want to modify my order

If you need to amend or make some changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@bragard.co.uk

  1. I want to cancel my order

Your order can only be cancelled if it has not been dispatched or embroidered yet. Please contact us at info@bragard.co.uk

  1. I have received a different product than ordered

If an article received do not matched what has been ordered, please email us a picture and your order number at info@bragard.co.uk

  1. In which countries can my order be delivered ?

We deliver worldwide. In Russia, we can only deliver to professionals. For Central and South America, import cost are high, we will not be able to refund orders that will be refused only delivery.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

  1. I would like to send back all or some of my orders

You have changed your mind, or your order doesn’t match your expectation? You have 14 days from the day of your order delivery to return the unwanted articles.

Fill up this return form and join it to your return parcel. The delivery address for the return is indicated on the form.

Note that only clean, unworn, unwashed articles in their original packaging will be accepted. Articles that have been personalised or embroidered cannot be returned.

  1. I need to download the return form

If you are not fully satisfied, please download and print this return form. Fill in the information needed and send back with your parcel.

  1. I wish to do an exchange

The colour or the size is not right for you? Your article can be returned within 14 days from the day of your order delivery.

Fill up this form and join it to your return parcel. The delivery address for the return is indicated on the form.

Note that only clean, unworn, unwashed articles in their original packaging will be accepted. Articles that have been personalised or embroidered cannot be returned.

  1. How long will it take for my money to be refunded ?

Once your parcel has been received back and the articles have returned have been approved, the refund will be processed within 10 working days. Please ensure that your bank details are filled in on the return form. If you have not given your bank details, we will get in touch with you, but note that it might add delay to be refunded.

Refund can only be done via bank transfer.

If you have paid via PayPal, the refund will be done on your PayPal account.

  1. I have forgotten to join the return form to my parcel

Please contact us at info@bragard.co.uk to inform us of your return.

ARTICLES AVAILABILITY

  1. The article you need is not available at the moment ?

Please contact us at info@bragard.co.uk with the article reference and size. We will let you know when the article is expected to return and stock and suggest an alternative choice.

  1. Can I pre-order the missing article ?

To avoid missing the return of the article, contact us on info@bragard.co.uk with the details of your order and we will pre-order the article for you. It will be dispatched to you once available.

You can check our size chart on the website. In any doubt, please contact us at info@bragard.co.uk.

  1. I would like to browse the full catalogue

Our catalogues are available on this page https://www.bragard.com/en/content/70-catalogues.

However, if you prefer a paper copy, please email us your address at info@bragard.co.uk.


PERSONALISATION & EMBROIDERY

  1. I would like to add my name to my jacket

You can add up to 2 lines of embroidery from the website, by clicking « customize ». You have a choice a font and colours.

  1. I would like to add a logo

To perfect your image and because every detail counts, add you logo to give an exclusive touch to your uniform. For this service please contact us directly at info@bragard.co.uk and we will be happy to assist you.

  1. Can I add embroidery to an apron ?

Pretty much all our garments can be embroidered, contact us and we will help you personalised your uniforms.

  1. Can I add the Bragard logo ?

Proud to wear Bragard and want to show it ? Our logo can be added to your jacket for free !

Contact us at info@bragard.co.uk and let us know if you would like it in red, black or white.

  1. I wish to have a bespoke uniform

Our Design Office in Épinal designs your clothes and makes them unique, just like you! A particular project? Contact us at info@bragard.co.uk.


PAYMENT & INVOICING

  1. How can I pay for my order ?

At bragard.com, you can make your payments with peace of mind. We use SSL encryption to protect the transmission of your data. Your banking information is never in our possession. They cannot be used by anyone else.

You can pay :

- Via bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro et American Express)

- Via PayPal

  1. My payment has been refused

If your payment was unsuccessful, please try to re-order with another payment method. If, despite this, you are still unable to pay for your order, we invite you to contact us at info@bragard.co.uk.

Contact us at info@bragard.co.uk with your order number and we will email a digital copy.
