Anniversary of the "Grand Chef"
1976 was a turning point for the Maison Bragard as this was the year
that Giles Bragard drew and launched the soon-to-become famous
Grand Chef jacket which was quickly adopted by Mr. Paul Bocuse who
became it's distinguished ambassador.
At this request, Bragard also designed the first tricolour collar for the
Meilleurs Ouvriers de France (M.O.F.), the symbol of excellence of
French culinary art.
Today Bragard's Grand Chef jacket has become the official jacket for
the most prestigious culinary and catering profession competitions.
